Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 1 lit. B and F of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, for the purpose of processing and executing orders for the following purposes:

c. legitimate interests of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (e);

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if you have given your express consent, the processing is necessary to fulfill a contract or the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation. d. The data is provided exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and processing the contract for the provision of electronic services.
e. The transfer of personal data to unauthorized bodies according to these regulations may only take place with the prior consent of the client whose data is concerned.
f. The seller applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories, especially when it comes to the protected data, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by Unauthorized, processing in violation of the law and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 4 of the GDPR, and thereafter for the period prescribed by law in general, including archiving regulations.
